How does CashBack Work?

We know its tempting to skip these terms and conditions, but its important to establish what you can expect from us as your partake in the CashCard CashBack Program and what we expect from you.
These terms and conditions help define CashCard relationship with you as you interact with our services. By participating in the CashBack Program, Users agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility: The CashCard CashBack Program (the "Program") is available to all registered users of CashCard ("Users"). New Users are automatically enrolled in the Program upon sign-up and are eligible to receive CashBack for the first three months.
2. CashBack Structure: Users will receive a 1% CashBack on all eligible transactions performed with their CashCard. The maximum CashBack amount is capped at 500 Naira per calendar month.
3. CashBack Pocket: CashBack earned will be credited to the user's CashBack Pocket within the CashCard Mobile. Users can view their accumulated CashBack in this pocket. Withdrawals from the CashBack Pocket are only permitted at the end of each calendar month and not instantly.
4. Program Renewal: The Program is renewable every three months. To continue enjoying CashBack beyond the initial three months, Users must meet the renewal criteria outlined below.
5. Renewability Criteria:
a. Months 1-3: Introduction Period - Users receive 1% CashBack for the first three months.
b. Months 4-6: Referral Requirement - Users must refer a minimum of two new users to be eligible for CashBack in months 4-6.
c. Months 7-9: Increased Referral Requirement - Users must refer a minimum of four new users to be eligible for CashBack in months 7-9.
d. Subsequent Renewal Periods: - Every three months, Users must increase their referred user count by two to maintain eligibility for the CashBack Program.
6. Program Duration: The Program is an ongoing initiative. Users who meet the renewal criteria will continue to enjoy CashBack benefits.
7. Program Modifications: CashCard reserves the right to modify or terminate the CashBack Program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be communicated to Users.
8. Fraudulent Activity: Participation in the CashBack Program under fraudulent pretenses may result in disqualification and legal action.
